Over the last 20+ years, I had a great career in marketing, the last decade with a Fortune 50 company. While I made the company millions and saved the company millions, developed award-winning marketing pieces and was recognized for my creativity, the greatest source of joy came from creating work environments where my direct reports could grow and flourish. Facilitating personal and professional development in my direct reports, peers, colleagues and friends—that’s what I loved.
I have had a passion for leadership and working with others to enhance their leadership skills and tap into their potential, for a long time. In fact, that’s what led me to get my Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. I want to help others realize their potential, whether it’s in leadership, their career, or just everyday life.
In hindsight, I had been coaching informally for the past 15 years. So, I completed my Organizational and Leadership Coaching studies and opened JK Coaching, my formal coaching business. JK Coaching allows me to facilitate clients building their leadership skills and reaching their personal and professional goals. I have had the honor of working with people across the US as well as internationally.
With the people I have had the pleasure to coach, all of them experienced growth. They learned to see things from different perspectives. They were able to make changes to bring them more in line with their goals and vision. And, they felt more positive at the end of each session.
